Currently, IIC University of Technology has more than more than 20 experts throughout the world. Each of them has both industrial and academic experience. In addition, all our experts have vast experience in term of knowledge and experience to assist researchers to complete their Ph.D.

IIC Provides flexible blended mode of learning to enhance the learning process through self-managed learning, on-line learning and face to face interaction. Self-managed learning enables candidates to have independent study according to learners’ own pace and time availability. On-line learning use electronic communication tools such as e-mail, bulletin board, video to facilitate the interaction between learners and supervisors. Face to face interaction sessions during weekend or after office hours to suit the needs of the researcher.

IIC University of Technology has an Asia Learning center located at the capital city of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur. It is a professional adult training and learning center that suits the working professionals. In addition, the session is recorded for those who cannot attend the session.

Applicants are required to submit a comprehensive statement of the research which they propose to carry out. The proposal should comprise of the following elements:
• Field of research
• Topic of research proposal
• Background or a brief literature review on the research topic
• Objective of study - explain the objectives that influence the research
• Methodology of study - explain the methods used in study such as library research, lab work, field work, etc.
• Work schedule
• Equipment required (where applicable)
• Brief bibliography
• The research proposal should contain between 1,000 - 1,500 words or about four (3) pages.
