Faculty of Social Socience

Faculty of Social Science is created to promote the intellectual importance of the study of law, public relation, and society. This faculty provides a framework within which student may explore different approaches to law using interdisciplinary resource as well as international and comparative perspective; this faculty also equips students with critical skills for socio-legal study and research and it sharpens a view of society nowadays in Cambodia.

In order to response the need of society, this faculty aims to provide the student the capacity of analyze the organizational behavior, to improve competency in technical working for public or private sector.

The faculty offers any main major such as: Public Administration, Political Science, Law, History, Geography, and Legal Studies.

Public Administration major provides an academic background for individuals pursuing a career in both government and nongovernmental/non-profit organization. Public Administration studies how administrators enact policy at the local, state, and federal levels.
Students must complete the foundation year subjects, foundation subjects, computer office and the following major subjects and elective subjects from other majors in order to meet academic requirements prescribed by the University.

Political Science is the study of government and public policy and of the political behavior of individuals and groups. The political Science is designed to expose students to the philosophical and practical problems of political organization, action, and governance and to encourage critical thinking about the nature of citizenship, rights, and duties in the modern world.
Students must complete the foundation year subjects, foundation subjects, computer office and the following major subjects and elective subjects from other majors in order to meet academic requirements prescribed by the University.
